• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Bit1 reserves the right to put payments on hold if fraud is suspected.

Deposits and withdrawals from third-party accounts are prohibited. All transactions must be made through the member's own registered payment method.

Bit1's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements. You will not be able to withdraw until you have placed bets totalling the multiplier (×) stated in the bonus details.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• You cannot activate a bonus of the same type while another bonus is already active.
• The maximum bet amount allowed using bonus funds will be stated in the bonus details.
• Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements — slots generally count at 100%, while Live Casino games count at 10–20%.

Bit1 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be given at least 7 days' notice before any significant changes come into effect.
• Changes will be communicated via email or through a notification on the platform.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
